How up to date is Stretching Scientifically by Thomas Kurz? Not his stuff in general. If you can put your leg up on the chair exactly like Kurs, you can probably physically do the splits. I enjoy yoga and would like to get more out of that by improving strteching flexibility. Stretching Scientifically describes in good detail the recommended methods of stretching yes, there are more than one method, and some can be harmful. Unknown Bindingpages. Not that this is a bad thing, but it does get a bit distracting.
